SITE NOTICE

LARGE-SCALE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (LRD)

Cairn Homes Properties Limited intends to apply for permission for a Large Scale Residential Development (LRD), consisting of amendments to an LRD permitted under FCC Refs. LRD0017/S3 as amended by LRD 0064.S3E, at this site at Corballis East, Donabate, County Dublin.

The proposed amendments comprise the amalgamation of 2 no. permitted retail units (297.7 sq m and 137.2 sq m) and 1 no. permitted café unit (189. 7 sq m), and ancillary circulation and plant area, into a single retail unit of 755.3 sq m at ground floor in Block 02 in the permitted Local Centre. Minor amendments are proposed to the external elevations of the permitted units to accommodate the internal alterations.

The Planning Application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority (Fingal County Council, Fingal County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Fingal, Co. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee (€20.00) within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
